Group Robs Venice Cannabis Dispensary Customer

Police are looking for a group who robbed a man of his money and product at a Venice marijuana dispensary Tuesday night.

VENICE, CA— A group of suspects robbed a customer at marijuana dispensary in Venice Tuesday, taking his money and his marijuana.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the robbery occurred at 9:35 p.m. in the 1300 block of Abbot Kinney Boulevard, near California Avenue. Several suspects approached the man, but it was unclear just how many robbers there were, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department.

It was unclear if the robbery took place inside or outside the business, according to Lopez. The name of the business was not disclosed.

No injuries were reported.
